The hotel had a European breakfast which was a nice touch, but it gave us only one towel. The rooms were clean with super comfortable pillows and sheets, although I would have appreciated an extra towel. The location is excellent, with convenient bus and walking options to all the destinations I needed to go to, but I expected a higher standard considering the price. The dining experience was continental style, which I enjoyed before an early departure for Heathrow from Sloane Square Underground station. The service was professional and very friendly despite ongoing restoration and construction work.
